Yes, they are reliable. I was very worried about parting with a large sum of money, I checked out reviews, had a good chat with cs, and decided to take what I thought was a bit of a risk. What I found was a great team of people who communicate really well, everything happened as they said they would and everything turned up in perfect condition. The doll is beautiful! They have many great options for their dolls. I must say my favorite surprise was gel breasts. They feel great. 10/ 10
