Yes, great customer service! I bought a little love doll from the website. The doll was beautifully made. I had a small problem with the doll’s head not being secured properly and one of the eyelashes fell out, but the staff was quick to help me fix it. The customer service staff was quick to help and sent me a new connector and eyelash fixing tool free of charge when they realized I had a problem with my doll. Definitely recommended and I look forward to purchasing more dolls in the future.
