Yes, Amazing Customer Service! I’m in the US, Bought my lovely doll from them. Had a minor issue that they fully resolved without any hassle (Doll had to be remade as the factory did the wrong skin tone). Everything went smooth hiccup aside and BLSD did everything in their power to get with the factory and correct it and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the service I was offered.
